What method do you use for shipping?

We ship via Canada Post. The shopping cart is integrated with the Canada Post delivery system allowing you to see the cost of shipping while you build your order. During the check-out process you will be able to choose what type of delivery service you would like for your order. 

Shipping is free for orders over $120 in Canada and $150 in USA 

Where do you ship to?

Anywhere in the world that Canada Post ships to. If the order is being shipped to a location outside of Canada, Canada Post will work with the local delivery service to get you your package.

What taxes or other fees are added to my order?

Within Canada, as we are a Canadian company shipping out of Canada, HST/GST will apply based on the rate that the Province the shipment is destined for and are calculated when you check out. There is no additional handling or duty charges for shipments in Canada. 

International shipments are not subject to the Canadian HST/GST however the destination country may charge the purchaser taxes or duty which will be assessed at the point of entry and will be charged to the purchaser by the shipping company when the package arrives. Are all the items on this site In-Stock?

Yes, our e-commerce and In-Store Point of Sales systems are real time integrated to our stock on hand and in our local warehouse. We only show items that we actually currently have in stock. As soon as new items arrive into our store or warehouse, they become available on the website so check back often.

Why can't I pick a certain size or color?

Our e-commerce and In-Store systems are real time integrated to our stock on hand which means that only items that are actually in inventory and ready to ship are displayed on our site. We might not always have every color or size available to ship at a given moment but as soon as new items or replenishment stock arrive it is shown on the website, so please check back often. If there is something you want in a particular size or colour please feel free to email us and we will do our best to special order it or restock it.

Can I order online and pick up in Store?

Yes! In order to do so, select Pick Up as the shipping method. There is no extra charge to Pick up in store.

Please note that all Event Ticket purchases are pick up at the event venue itself the night of the event. When you purchase Event Tickets online, your tickets will be waiting for you at the event venue the night of the event, they are not available for Pick Up at the store prior to the event. You just need to bring a piece of ID in order to pick up your Tickets. 

What is your Return Policy ?

You can return unopened items in the original packaging of regular priced items within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase . If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To return the item you purchased, please  email: orders@shopthemensroom.com with the order number and details of the issue and will send you a return authorization number (R.A. #) 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

If a product is defective all shipping costs will be refunded.
